All sessions for private & duet Pilates, Gyrotonic® and Massage require an appointment. Scheduling an appointment in advance will assure the best opportunity of your choice of appointment time.

group classes

The schedule listed is for group classes currently being offered. It is updated monthly to reflect the classes currently in rotation.

All group classes are 55 minutes in duration.
*Group Reformer Classes require experience and reservations for enrollment. Please call to inquire.
