Please click on the link provided for scheduled group classes currently in rotation. Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. Please note the expiration date for the 10 consecutive Group Equipment Class Package priced at $250.00 is 5 weeks from date of purchase. Classes booked online must be cancelled online. Also, please note Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid full charge, no exceptions.

It is not required, but it is recommended, that clients have completed a minimum of 3 private sessions prior to enrolling in any of the Group Equipment Classes. It is also recommended, though not required, that clients have participated in a minimum of 10 Group Reformer Classes before enrolling in the intermediate to advanced Pilates Chair Class. private and duets

All private & duet sessions for Pilates, Gyrotonic® and/or Massage, require an appointment. Scheduling an appointment in advance will ensure the best opportunity of your choice of appointment time. Pilates Metro will make every effort to ensure, but cannot guarantee, your choice of appointment time, therapist or instructor. Instructors and/or therapists may be subject to change without notice.
