Instructors at Pilates Metro hold formal Pilates and/or Gyrotonic® Certifications from Internationally recognized Pilates Educators. Each instructor has completed a course requiring a minimum of 350 hours of education in addition to a Pilates Apprenticeship during which time the students work with and observe Certified Pilates Instructors.

The instructors at Pilates Metro work with Clients to set and achieve goals, constantly assessing their progress. For some Clients this can be preparing for an event, perhaps a wedding, maybe a marathon. For others progress means getting back into shape post-pregnancy or something as basic as living pain-free.

The instructors here at Pilates Metro are focused on meeting the Clients’ needs while keeping workouts diverse and fun at the same time.
