Fozzie Phillips

Resident Certified Massage Therapist, Fozzie Phillips, was certified in Massage Therapy at Institute of Phsycho-Structural Balancing in Culver City, CA back in 2001.

Completing a certification requiring 160 hours of education, Fozzie is proficient in both Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage. Specializing Deep Tissue, Fozzie is excellent at this deep, determined, restorative type of massage. This specific, focused bodywork breaks up connective tissue adhesions within distinct muscle groups, allowing for relaxation as well as increased range of motion.

Fozzie is happy to be at Pilates Metro and looks forward to continuing his education in the field of bodywork.
